How to prepare your application documents, in order
The short answer
Start with the documents other people control. Transcripts, degree certificates, credential evaluations and referee letters all run on someone else's calendar and are what delay applications; the statement and CV are the parts you can write in a week. Working the list in the wrong order is the single most common reason an intake is missed.
Start these first, because you do not control them
University-issued records take weeks and sometimes months, and no amount of urgency shortens them.
- Transcripts, sealed where required
- Provisional or degree certificate
- Backlog certificate, if your university issues one
- Medium of instruction certificate
- WES or other credential evaluation, which needs the above first
- APS certificate for Germany, which has its own queue
- CA valuation certificate and property papers, where a secured education loan is involved
Then the ones that need other people
Referees need four to six weeks and a reminder. Ask early, give them your CV and a note on what the programme wants, and expect at least one to need chasing. See what a recommendation letter should contain.
English tests need a booked slot and a result window. Check whether your programme and your visa route accept the same test before you book.
Then the money
An education loan is sanctioned against an offer, so it cannot start until the offer exists, and a collateral-backed file takes roughly six weeks. Open it the day the conditional offer arrives rather than when the deposit falls due.
Where the loan is secured, the lender wants the property valued and the title checked. A CA valuation certificate and a legal opinion both run on somebody else's calendar, and together they are the most common reason a sanction misses a deposit deadline.
The writing comes last, and that is fine
The statement, the personal statement and the CV are the parts you and we control, and four days is a realistic first draft. What they cannot do is compensate for a transcript that was requested in November for a December deadline.

Six to nine months before the deadline for anything a university or evaluator issues, because those queues are outside your control. The written documents can start much later; a full statement takes about four days to draft and two to three weeks including revisions.
