What the numbers leave out
- Every price here is a floor, not a quote. One 900-word statement for one programme sits at the listed price. A career-change application to six programmes across three countries does not, and we will tell you that before you pay rather than invoice it afterwards.
- Nothing is charged until the brief is agreed in writing and you have seen the scope, the deadline and the total. There is no deposit to reserve a slot and no charge for the conversation that gets you to a quote.
- If the document or the service is not what you were promised, 75 per cent is refunded. Before delivery, if we miss the agreed date, or if we look at the brief and decline it, the refund is the full amount.
- If we cannot meet your deadline we say so instead of taking the work and delivering late. A statement that arrives after the portal closes is worth nothing, and we would rather lose the order than be the reason you missed it.

A first line naming a real result, failure or question does the same job and cannot have been written by anyone else.

3 rounds are included with every document, each returned within 48 hours of your consolidated comments. Most applications use two. A round means a revised draft in response to your notes, not a proofread: if the argument needs restructuring, that is what the round is for.
