Terms of service

What we agree to

A scope, a price and a delivery date, all confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. If we cannot meet your deadline we say so at that point rather than accepting the work and delivering late.

Academic integrity

Every document we produce describes only facts you have supplied and can evidence. We will not invent an achievement, a publication, a grade or a role, and we will not draft a letter of recommendation for a referee who has not agreed to review and sign it.

You are responsible for reading the finished document, for checking that it is accurate, and for complying with the declaration requirements of the institutions you apply to. If a programme requires you to disclose editorial assistance, disclose it.

Revisions

Written packages include 3 rounds of revision on the same document. A round means you send consolidated comments and we return a revised draft. Rounds are for improving the document that was briefed, not for changing the brief: a switch to a different programme, a different degree or a different word limit is new work and is quoted as such.

Ownership

Copyright in the finished document transfers to you on delivery. We retain no reuse rights, publish no client work, and write no document twice.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee admission, funding, a visa outcome or an interview. No writing service can, and any that says otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver.

What we do warrant is the work itself: a document written around your own record and your stated aim, addressing every requirement the programme sets out, and revised until it does. That is within our control, which is why it is the thing we are willing to stand behind.

We also do not guarantee that a document will pass any particular detection tool. What we can say is that everything is written by a person from your verified profile, and that a similarity report accompanies every delivery.
