Australia has always fascinated me with its high quality of education and multicultural environment. I chose this course because it perfectly matches my career aspirations, and I sincerely assure the department that I will abide by all visa conditions and return to India after completing my studies.
I compared this Master of Professional Accounting against the equivalent at two Indian universities and one at an Irish one. The Indian programmes do not carry CPA Australia accreditation; the Irish option costs 4,000 euro less but adds a year before I could sit the CPA exams. Course fees of AUD 68,000 are covered by a sanctioned loan of 32 lakh against my mother's property, reference attached, with living costs from a fixed deposit held since 2021.
Why the second one works

The comparison against named alternatives, including a cheaper one rejected for a stated reason, is the strongest genuine-intent evidence there is.

Money is numbered and sourced: fee, loan, security, and a deposit with an age. The officer can reconcile every figure against the file.

The accreditation detail shows the course was chosen for what it certifies, not where it is.

No assurances are offered. The weak version promises compliance; the strong one leaves nothing that needs promising.

Register matters: this reads like a record for a file, which is what a visa officer is building.
